Birthday party help!! Suggestions on cookies/cupcakes?? help please?

This is for a boy and its his first birthday! We want Cookies and Cupcakes, not a traditional cake. Well I need some ideas on different cupcake flavors and icings or some to make the colors or theme of the party

I also need suggestions of cookie flavors and frostings please. I don’t nessasarly have to have frosted cookies so please just suggest some things please! Thank you so much for all the suggestions

I would look it up online. Usually www.familyfun.com has sweet recipes for all types of occasions and parties.for flavors, I would go with a sugar cookie or lemon cookie (then cut it with a cookie cutter), maybe a chocolate chip one because of the two browns. When I decorate cookies, I just outline them with white frosting (but you may want to use brown) then use colorful sprinkles to decorate them. You could use chocolate sprinkles on chocolate frosting for the outline, then use mini chocolate chips with a tiny bit of chocolate frosting for the eyes. Maybe use a little bit of red frosting for the lips, hands, and feet. I’m not trying to blow you away, just give you ideas.
